wing tsun

Wing Tsun is a style of Kung Fu created by a Buddhist nun from the Shaolin temple some 300 years ago and made famous by Bruce Lee who studied the art from the age of 13. Classes are taught by Sifu Michael O'Leary who has been training Wing Tsun since 1993 and holds the rank of 4th Higher Grade/Dan. Classes are for those aged 13 years upwards.
